BadWolfQuiz Monetization Restriction and Commercial-Use Exception

The following terms are an additional license clarification and exception
provided by the Licensor specifically for BadWolfQuiz. If these terms conflict
with the Commons Clause definition of "Sell", these BadWolfQuiz-specific terms
control.

1. Monetizing BadWolfQuiz itself is prohibited without separate written
   permission from the Licensor. This includes, without limitation:

   - charging users specifically for access to a BadWolfQuiz instance;
   - subscriptions or recurring payments for BadWolfQuiz access or features;
   - one-time purchases for BadWolfQuiz access or features;
   - paid tiers, paywalls, paid add-ons, or paid features in BadWolfQuiz;
   - offering BadWolfQuiz itself as a paid hosted or SaaS service;
   - placing advertising, sponsorship, affiliate links, or similar revenue
     mechanisms in or around the BadWolfQuiz interface for the purpose of
     monetizing the BadWolfQuiz instance itself.

2. Notwithstanding the Commons Clause above, commercial use is expressly
   permitted when the money is earned from an activity, product, content,
   event, service, sponsorship, platform, or other offering in which
   BadWolfQuiz is merely used as a tool and BadWolfQuiz itself is not what is
   being sold or monetized.

   Permitted examples include, without limitation:

   - monetized livestreams or videos on YouTube, Twitch, or similar platforms;
   - sponsored broadcasts or other sponsored content;
   - paid productions;
   - competitions, tournaments, or events;
   - paid setup, consulting, training, customization, or support services,
     provided the payment is for the service and not for access to BadWolfQuiz
     or its functionality;
   - other commercial activities whose revenue comes from the surrounding
     content, platform, event, production, sponsorship, service, or activity
     rather than from selling access to BadWolfQuiz itself.

   This exception applies only if users are not charged specifically for
   access to BadWolfQuiz or its functionality, no BadWolfQuiz feature is
   unlocked, improved, or made available in exchange for payment, and
   BadWolfQuiz itself is not offered as a paid hosted or SaaS service.

3. Premium, privileged, contributor, supporter, experimental, or similar
   BadWolfQuiz features are permitted when they are provided without monetary
   payment. Such features may be granted for contributions, achievements,
   recognition, community participation, testing, or other non-monetary
   reasons.

4. Any monetization of BadWolfQuiz itself outside the permissions above
   requires separate written permission or a separate commercial license from
   the Licensor.

BadWolfQuiz Russia-Related Use Prohibition

Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, no rights are granted
under this License for any use of the Software that falls within this section.

The prohibitions in this section are absolute and are not subject to any
exception, waiver, authorization, approval, or separate written permission
under this License.

The Software may not be used, copied, modified, merged, published, hosted,
deployed, distributed, sublicensed, incorporated into another product or
service, made available, or otherwise exercised under any right granted by
this License:

1. by any person who is a citizen or resident of the Russian Federation;

2. by any entity incorporated, registered, headquartered, based, primarily
   operating, or materially conducting business in the Russian Federation;

3. by or for any Russian-owned, Russian-controlled, Russia-based, or
   Russia-affiliated organization, project, product, service, platform,
   community, media outlet, business, event, publisher, distributor,
   sponsor, creator, or other undertaking;

4. by any person or entity, regardless of citizenship, nationality, country
   of residence, incorporation, registration, or operation, that knowingly:

   - cooperates with a Russian person, entity, organization, project,
     business, platform, publisher, distributor, media outlet, sponsor,
     creator, or other Russia-based or Russia-affiliated party;

   - provides services, development, hosting, infrastructure, financing,
     sponsorship, promotion, distribution, publishing, consulting,
     technical support, integration, or other material assistance to such
     a party;

   - participates in a joint project, partnership, commercial relationship,
     media relationship, sponsorship, distribution arrangement, or other
     material cooperation with such a party;

   - uses the Software in connection with any activity that benefits,
     supports, promotes, expands, serves, or facilitates the Russian market
     or Russian commercial, media, governmental, or institutional interests;

5. for any project, product, service, website, application, platform,
   broadcast, stream, video, event, community, publication, or other activity
   that is created for, marketed to, distributed to, promoted to, or
   materially directed toward a Russian audience or the Russian market;

6. by any person or entity, regardless of country or nationality, that
   knowingly creates, publishes, distributes, promotes, markets, monetizes,
   sponsors, hosts, or otherwise materially supports content, products,
   services, media, communities, or activities directed toward a Russian
   audience;

7. for the creation, publication, hosting, distribution, presentation,
   promotion, advertising, monetization, amplification, normalization, or
   popularization of Russian content;

8. in connection with Russian state, state-controlled, state-funded,
   sanctioned, military, governmental, propaganda, media, commercial,
   cultural, entertainment, or other institutional activities;

9. in any manner that directly or indirectly supports, benefits, promotes,
   serves, facilitates, normalizes, or expands Russian governmental,
   commercial, cultural, media, entertainment, technological, or market
   activity.

For purposes of this section:

"Russian person" means a natural person who is a citizen or resident of the
Russian Federation.

"Russian entity" means any legal entity, organization, association, project,
business, institution, community, or other undertaking that is incorporated,
registered, headquartered, based, operated, controlled, or materially financed
from the Russian Federation.

"Russia-affiliated" means owned, controlled, operated, materially financed,
sponsored, supported, represented, partnered with, or materially cooperating
with a Russian person or Russian entity.

"Russian audience" means persons in the Russian Federation or an audience
that is deliberately targeted, cultivated, served, marketed to, distributed
to, or otherwise treated as part of the Russian market or Russian media,
commercial, cultural, entertainment, or online ecosystem.

"Russian content" means content originating from, produced by, commissioned
by, financed by, distributed by, promoted by, or primarily intended for the
Russian Federation, Russian market, Russian audience, Russian entities, or
Russia-affiliated persons or organizations.

For the avoidance of doubt, the nationality, citizenship, residence, or place
of incorporation of a non-Russian person or entity does not exempt that person
or entity from this section. A person or entity located outside the Russian
Federation is prohibited from exercising rights under this License if that
person or entity knowingly engages in any of the Russia-related cooperation,
support, audience targeting, distribution, promotion, or other activities
described above.

Violation of any provision of this section results in immediate and automatic
termination of all rights granted to the violating person or entity under this
License.

This section prevails over any conflicting permission, exception,
commercial-use permission, or other grant contained elsewhere in this License.
